At Binder Bros, we aim to ensure that your orders are processed quickly, packed securely, and delivered reliably.

We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All orders are sent using a tracked service, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods (such as new releases or promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to keep any delays to a minimum.
3. Delivery Information
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-4 business days after dispatch; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed.
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as postal disruptions, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Binder Bros cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at Info@binderbros.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents.
We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in line with our Refund Policy.

" Delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or events outside our control. Parcels marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout.
" Loss or damage where the customer has selected an uninsured or underinsured shipping method.
" Orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
