We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All orders are sent using a tracked service, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods (such as new releases or promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to keep any delays to a minimum.
3. Delivery Information
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-4 business days after dispatch; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed.
Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as postal disruptions, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Binder Bros cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at Info@binderbros.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents.
We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in line with our Refund Policy.

At Binder Bros, we aim to provide high-quality trading cards and collectibles along with a reliable and fair service. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. General Returns Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them, including all original packaging.
You must contact us at Info@binderbros.co.uk before returning any item so we can approve and process your request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:
" Opened or unsealed trading card products (including booster packs, boxes, and sealed collections)
" Single cards (unless received damaged or incorrect)
" Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with
" Products returned without prior approval
This policy is in place to protect against tampering, fraud, and product switching.
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse claims made outside of this timeframe.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Trading cards and collectibles may have minor imperfections due to manufacturing or packaging processes. We do not guarantee perfect condition (e.g. PSA 10 quality) unless explicitly stated.
